FEE SCHEDULE

• Initial Intake Session (90 min) = $225.00
• Follow-Up Diagnostic Assessment (60 min) = $100.00
• Individual Psychotherapy (30 min) = $50.00
• Individual Psychotherapy (45 min) = $95.00
• Individual Psychotherapy (60 min) = $150.00
• Family Psychotherapies (60 min) = $150.00
• Couples Therapy (60 min) = $150.00
• Specialized Assessments = $100 per hour.  Amount of completed assessment to be agreed upon before the start of service.  Prices vary based on intensity of assessment, required assessment tools, availability of information, and ancillary interviews. (Psycho-Sexual Risk Assessment, Community Assessment, etc.).
• Consultation / Training = $100.00 per hour.  This services is for consultation with, and training for, other mental health providers, or organizations requesting such services.
• LPC-A Supervision  = $35.00 per supervision hour
• LPCS Supervision of Supervision = $50.00 per encounter.

Our practice participates with a range of insurance plans. Prior to your initial appointment, we will verify whether your insurance is accepted. Please contact us before scheduling so we may confirm coverage with your provider.

Copays, Deductibles, and Payment Policy

Clients, or their parent or guardian, remain responsible for any copays or deductibles as required by their insurance plan. Payment is expected in advance of each appointment.
