Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychotherapeutic care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a non-judgmental, neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan individualized to your needs, incorporating your thoughts and goals, as they relate to what you hope to achieve.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Our administrative staff will contact you via the email address you provided, usually within 2 business days.
If you submitted an appointment request, have not heard from us in this time frame, and you have checked your "spam" folder, reach out to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on the situation, the email response will be one of these:
1. Questions to clarify the information you provided and/or your specific counseling needs.
2. Intake paperwork for a therapist that can help and that has availability.
3. Referrals for other providers in the area that accept your insurance, in the event we are not able to help.
Intake must be completed prior to scheduling an appointment, as our intake contains forms we are legally required to have before beginning treatment, clinical information your counselor will need to review in advance of meeting with you, and required insurance and billing.
If we were to schedule you prior to successful intake completion and there were items missing/incorrect, we would have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. That would be unfair to yourself, our therapist, and our other patients that could have used the time slot.
