Individual Therapy

“A secure base for exploring what hurts and what’s possible.”

Individual therapy offers a space that’s fully yours — a place to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s happening inside with support and curiosity. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, identity questions, grief, trauma, or simply wanting to grow, therapy provides a steady place to land.

An Integrative, Attuned Approach

No single method fits everyone. I draw from multiple therapeutic perspectives — relational, somatic, mindfulness‑based, experiential, and cognitive — and tailor them to your needs, strengths, and lived experience. The work adapts to you. At the heart of it is a genuine, supportive relationship where you feel seen and understood.

What Sessions Are Like

Sessions unfold at a pace that feels right for you. Some days focus on reflection and insight; others on grounding, emotional processing, or skill‑building. You don’t need to come prepared — we shape the work together based on what you’re carrying that day.

Session Lengths

  • 30‑minute sessions for brief check‑ins or focused support

  • 45–60 minute sessions for deeper therapeutic work

We’ll choose the format that best supports your goals and capacity.

Who Therapy Is For

You don’t need a diagnosis or crisis to begin. Many people come to therapy to understand themselves more fully, strengthen relationships, or reconnect with parts of themselves that have been overlooked or silenced.

Taking the First Step

Reaching out is an act of courage. If you’re curious about beginning therapy, I welcome you to connect so we can explore what feels right for you.
